For those who have never tried meditation before, it is a super way to stop negative thoughts and find that place of calmness. We will try different kinds of meditative practices, such as Passive, Active, Mantras and Chanting Om, which is the sound of Creation. If you are well practised in meditation Daisy will help you deepen your knowledge and access your Spiritual Heart.
